Q: How do I enter my room?

A: Our Keypad locks allow you to access your room door 24 hours. We send a Passcode code to your email and text your mobile phone on record one day before your arrival around check-in time, you just need to enter the 4-digit code and the # (if so equipped), and you will hear the door mechanism de-activate.

Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A: Yes! All rooms are Smoke-Free on property (smoking of any kind). 

Q: Are you open 24 hours?

A: Yes! The rooms are accessible to guests 24 hours, as well as the ice machine and the movie closet. Due to our small team, staff are on premises to service and assist you from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. every day of the week. If you require assistance after hours, you may call the main line to be connected to our office.

Q: Where can I park?

A: Except for the parking spaces for rooms 1, 3 and 4, all parking is on a first come first serve basis. There is parking in the back of the main building, and on the gravel-lot 50 feet south of the main building on 3rd street. Many guests also park on the south side of Crab Avenue, it has proven to be safe and convenient.

Q: May I unload luggage from my vehicle?

A: Yes, for rooms located on the first floor, rooms 14 to 20 you may load/unload your luggage from the street, but you must park your vehicle in the back of the building.

Q: Do you offer early check-in/late check-out?

A: Yes! We would be happy to add an early check-in or late check-out to your reservation. Since early check in and late check out are based on prior or future guest you will need to call us directly (subject to availability) on your arrival date.

Q: How do I get blankets and pillows for the sofa beds?

A: The sofa bed in your unit has clean sheets and a blanket, we change them every time a new guest arrives. You just need to unfold the bed, and it is ready to use. We do provide pillows upon your request.

Q: Do kitchen rooms include pots and pans?

A: All kitchen rooms including cabins equipped with kitchens have the basic pots and pans and kitchen utensils, these rooms also are equipped with the basic dinner and glass ware, if there is something you need and can’t find please let us know.

Q: Is thereanoutdoor grill available for guests?

A : Yes! We have a small Webber gas grill for use by our guests in the crab station area . Please call our office so we can reserve it for your use. You will need to purchase a Coleman Propane Fuel Can 16 Oz. If you wi sh to use the grill for more than one evening the cost for the grill is $25.00 per day.

Q: Are you dog friendly?

A: Yes, but only in certain rooms! The fee is $25 per day, please enquire with our office for adog friendly room. There is a $50.00 per dayfee for undeclared pets.
